Time and place
When and where is the conference held?
The pre-conference will be held on November 9, 2026. The main conference will be held on November 10-11, 2026. The conference will be held physically in Oslo at the Oslo Congress Center and can also be followed digitally via streaming.
Location and access
Oslo Congress Center is located at Youngs gate 21, in the middle of Youngstorget in central Oslo.
It is a short walk to hotels, buses, trams, subways and the train station.

Is hotel included in the conference price?
No, it is not. You will have to arrange your own hotel and unfortunately we do not have any discount agreements with hotels.

What is the Early Bird price?
Early Bird offers a discounted price and is valid until June 1. After this date, the regular price applies.
Registration
How do I register for the conference?
Registration is via our digital registration form.
Register hereCan I make a group registration?
Yes, you can. The person who fills out the form and registers others will be registered as the main participant and will be responsible for all participants. It is also the main participant who will receive an invoice for the entire group.
Everyone will receive their own registration confirmation if all email addresses are provided when registering.
Can I change my own registration when I am registered as part of a group registration?
If a group registration has been made, only the main participant can make changes.
What if there is a change in registration?
You can do this yourself before we close for registration. After the registration deadline, contact us by email at konferanse@atv-stiftelsen.no and we will help you with the change.
Can I attend only one of the conference days?
The conference is sold as a two-day package and unfortunately cannot be purchased as individual days.

What is Preconference?
The preconference is a professional in-depth day that will be held on November 9, 2026, the day before the main conference.
Do I have to attend the main conference to register for the preconference?
No, pre-conference can be booked separately.
Where is the Preconference held?
Not yet clarified. Information will be updated as soon as this is clarified.
Registration for Preconference workshop
When registering, you must state which workshop you wish to attend. The first-come, first-served principle applies.
Registration for Workshops conference days
There is no registration for the workshops. Please show up at the workshop you wish to attend.
Please note that it may be full.
What does digital participation mean?
Digital participation provides access to live streaming of the conference on 10–11 November 2026 via a secure digital platform. Plenary presentations will be streamed in their entirety, but only one of the workshops will be streamed, more information to come.
What language will lectures and workshops be held in?
The conference language will mainly be English.
Will there be a recording of the conference?
No.
Payment and cancellation
What payment options are offered?
We offer payment via invoice upon registration.
When will we receive an invoice?
The invoice will be sent out manually after registration and can sometimes take some time. As long as you have received a confirmation email of your registration, you are guaranteed a place at the conference.
What are the cancellation policies?
Registration is binding. The place can be transferred to a colleague upon expiration upon notification to the organizer. Email about changes is sent to konferanse@atv-stiftelsen.no
What happens if the conference is cancelled?
In the event of cancellation, the participation fee will be refunded in full.
What happens if I cancel after the registration deadline or am unable to participate?
If you fail to attend after the registration deadline, or if you are unable to participate for various reasons, this must be covered by the participant's own insurance (private or employer's).
